1. Delivery partner and serviceability
AHLAM arranges delivery through Quiqup. Delivery is available only to destinations that Quiqup can service at the time of order and is subject to operational capacity, accurate recipient information, and any applicable delivery-area restrictions.
Please provide a complete UAE delivery address, a working contact number, and any useful delivery notes or map location. Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
2. Delivery charges
The applicable Quiqup delivery charge and the total payable amount are shown at checkout before payment is submitted. AHLAM does not add a separate delivery surcharge or hidden handling fee on top of the applicable Quiqup delivery pricing and rules.
If a destination cannot be serviced before dispatch, we will cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid, including the delivery charge paid for that undeliverable order.
3. Delivery progress
After payment is confirmed, AHLAM prepares the order and arranges collection by Quiqup. We may provide tracking or delivery updates where available. Delivery timing can be affected by service coverage, traffic, weather, recipient availability, or other operational circumstances outside AHLAM’s reasonable control.
4. Failed delivery and return to origin
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the address, contact details, or recipient availability needs clarification, the AHLAM Support Team will work with the customer and Quiqup to correct the information and request a re-attempt where reasonably available.
If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts or we do not receive the information needed to complete delivery, the parcel may be returned to AHLAM. We will contact the customer about the available next steps. Where the issue is caused by AHLAM or the delivery partner, we will provide an appropriate no-cost remedy in accordance with applicable law.
