1. About AHLAM
This store is operated by AHLAM BEAUTY LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to purchases made through this store. For order enquiries, contact support@ahlambeauty.co. Our company registration and licensing details are available on our Legal Information page.
2. Orders, prices, and payment
Please provide complete and accurate order, payment, and delivery information. Product availability, prices, the applicable Quiqup delivery charge, and the total payable amount are shown at checkout before payment is submitted. AHLAM does not add a separate delivery surcharge or hidden handling fee on top of the applicable Quiqup delivery pricing and rules. Payments are processed by Ziina. We may correct genuine pricing or availability errors before accepting an order, and we will contact you if that affects your order.
3. Delivery
Delivery is arranged through Quiqup and is subject to delivery-area serviceability, operational capacity, and accurate recipient information. You are responsible for providing a usable UAE delivery address, contact number, and any optional map pin needed to locate the delivery point. If a destination cannot be serviced before dispatch, we will cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid, including the delivery charge paid for that undeliverable order. We will communicate material delivery issues we become aware of. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
4. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Subject to the published Returns & Refunds Policy, a cosmetic product may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery only when it is completely unused, unopened, unsealed, and in its original packaging. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming items are handled separately. Contact support@ahlambeauty.co for assistance. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent payment or delivery information, or use the store in breach of applicable law.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Delivery address and map-location information are used to fulfil orders and shared with Quiqup where required for delivery.
7. Applicable law and updates
These terms are subject to applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and do not remove mandatory consumer rights. We may update these terms for future orders; the approved public version will show its effective date.
